After the vast steppes of Kazakhstan, the Silkroad Rally takes us into new, spectacular terrain: Siberia and the Altai Mountains. This stage is one of the most remote and impressive of the entire rally - wild nature, untouched landscapes and absolute freedom await us.

The leap to Siberia: A land of extremes

Siberia is a place that many people only associate with freezing cold winters and endless forests. But in summer, a completely different world unfolds here: Dense taiga, crystal-clear rivers and dramatic mountain landscapes. The roads become rougher, the distances greater - this stage is not for the faint-hearted.

What awaits us in Siberia?

• Dense taiga - the largest contiguous forest area in the world

• Extremely remote routes - sometimes hundreds of kilometers without settlements

• Russian hospitality - Cordiality and tea from the samovar

• Lake Baikal (optional on the route) - the deepest and oldest freshwater lake in the world

The Altai Mountains: pure wilderness

The Altai Mountains stretches across Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Mongolia. This region is one of the most beautiful natural wonders in Eurasia and a paradise for adventurers. This is where Snow-capped peaks, turquoise-blue glacial rivers and untouched steppes.

Highlights in the Altai Mountains:

• Chuysky Tract - one of the most spectacular roads in Russia

• Belucha Mountain (4,506 m) - highest peak of the Altai

• Multinskie Lakes - Emerald-green mountain lakes in unspoiled nature
